Domestic Shipping MOE & JEK ships across India through trusted courier partners. All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of placement (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Standard delivery takes 5–7 working days depending on your location.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS to your registered contact. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time.

Shipping Charges Free shipping is available on prepaid orders above ₹999. A nominal shipping fee applies to orders below this amount and on all COD orders. Shipping charges are non-refundable in the event of a return.

Cash on Delivery (COD) COD is available at select pincodes. Please verify availability at checkout. Please note that an additional COD handling fee may apply.

Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries Our courier partners will make up to 2 delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal — the order will be returned to us (RTO). In such cases:

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or you believe a shipment has been lost in transit, please contact us at moeandjek@gmail.com within 24 hours of the delivery update. You will need to provide:
