Shipping Charges Free shipping is available on prepaid orders above ₹999. A nominal shipping fee applies to orders below this amount and on all COD orders. Shipping charges are non-refundable in the event of a return.

Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries Our courier partners will make up to 2 delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal — the order will be returned to us (RTO). In such cases:

For prepaid orders, a refund will be processed after deducting forward and reverse shipping charges. Re-shipping of returned orders may incur additional charges.
