We want you to love what you wear. Here's everything you need to know about our returns process.

We are happy to offer a return or exchange on any unworn items — except made-to-order items and sale items — within 72 hours of delivery. No further action can be taken beyond this window.

Pickup for exchange will be attempted twice. If the courier is unable to collect the shipment, you will need to self-ship the item back to our address. Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area's pincode.

Returns for bulk orders are not eligible for pickup — customers must self-ship items to our return address at their own cost.

If an order is returned to origin (RTO) due to OTP cancellation, refusal of delivery, or multiple failed delivery attempts, any applicable refund will be processed after deducting both forward and reverse shipping charges.

All returned items must be unharmed, unworn, and unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Made-to-order products cannot be returned under any circumstances, as they are crafted specifically for you. In the event of a size issue, an exchange for a different size of the same product may be arranged.

A flat fee of ₹100 per product will be charged for all exchanges and returns.

Once a product has been exchanged and the new item delivered, no further actions (including additional refunds or exchanges) will be applicable on that order.

Please return products in the same condition as received. Items returned in poor condition or without original tags and packaging will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

Please allow 7–10 business days for returns to be processed and refunds to appear in your bank account. Refunds and bank transfers are applicable for prepaid/online orders only.

Once a refund is initiated from our end, it takes 24–48 working hours to be credited to the source account.

For COD orders, store credit will be provided within 7–10 business days from the day of return pickup, sent to your registered email address or contact number.

Store credit is valid for 60 days from the date of issuance. No action can be taken after this period.

Any claim for loss or damage must be made in writing within 24 hours of delivery to moeandjek@gmail.com Damaged or incomplete shipments require photos and an unboxing video. MOE & JEK will not be liable for claims made after 24 hours.

Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable in cases of returns.

Terms & Conditions Bank account details provided by the customer are final. Any error in details provided by the customer will not be the responsibility of MOE & JEK.

If you have received a delivery confirmation via SMS or email and have not received your order, please contact us within 24 hours.

The customer is obligated to take utmost care of the product while in their possession — including all documents, instructions, and packaging — and to return it in the same condition as received.

Upon receiving a return, we will fully examine the product and notify you of your right to a refund via email within a reasonable period. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the date of refund confirmation.

  • Photos of the packaging and item
  • An unboxing video clearly showing the damage
  • Your order ID and description of the issue
MOE & JEK will not be liable for claims made after 24 hours of delivery.
